2. AGE RESTRICTION
2.1 Our non-invasive prenatal paternity testing service is intended exclusively for clients and individuals over the age of 18 to be sampled.
3. ABOUT VANGENES HONGKONG
3.1 When "Vangenes", "we", "our" or "our" are used in these Terms of Service, we mean VANGENES BIOTECH (HONGKONG) LIMITED, a corporation in HongKong, located at Room 7, Chemical Co-working Centre, 107-109, Building 9W, 9 Science Park West Avenue, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong (SAR), China. The company’s Business Registration Certificate Number is 74369121-000-08-22-6.
4. OUR SERVICE
4.1 We provide various cytogenetic, molecular biology and other genetic testing and consulting services, including collecting biological samples, receiving collected samples, sending samples to partners and issuing test reports, etc.
4.2 We promise to keep your personal information confidential.
5. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO KNOW
5.1 We expect you to comply with the Terms of Service.
5.2 As long as you comply with your responsibilities under these Terms of Service, you have the right to use our services.
5.3 We provide a separate Privacy Policy and online customer service to explain the content of our service and answer questions.
5.4 We reserve all intellectual property rights that we own.
5.5 When choosing our specific service items, you need to read and follow the service-specific terms and service policies.
6 USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
6.1 Based on your knowledge and consent, it is necessary to collect certain basic personal information (such as name, date of birth, ID number, residential address, email, etc.) and relevant data (such as history of medicine use, if any) to ensure the functioning of our services.

9. MANAGING REQUESTS FOR YOUR DATA
9.1 Respect for the privacy and security of your data is fundamental in our approach to responding to data disclosure requests. When we receive data disclosure requests, our team reviews them to ensure they satisfy legal requirements and Vangenes' data disclosure policies.
9.2 We ensure that the disclosure of any request to share personal information from our Users is first communicated to the Holder of the requested personal information, so that they can express their consent, except in the express cases of data sharing explained in our Policy of Privacy.
9.3 In the event of a police request accompanied by a court order, the information will be shared, with informing the Data Holder about the sharing.
