Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity Test （NIPPT）is the most technologically advanced paternity test while pregnant. It involves taking a blood sample from the mother and a buccal swab or a discreet sample from the alleged father. After the samples are delivered to our test lab, the professional technicians will extract the cell free DNA from mother’s plasma and the alleged father’s DNA from the discreet samples. The cell free DNA from mother’s plasma also contains a certain proportion of the fetal DNA. Through the use of target DNA capture, library preparation and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology within a lot of state-of-the-art facilities, we sequence and output over 1.8 million DNA base pairs which cover more than 13,000 SNP loci from your submitted samples. Our bioinformatics scientist team statistically analyze and compare the sequencing data through high-performance automatic computing platform. The final report of your paternity test result will be return to you after our Ph.D level auditors review. Based on the principle of the technology, the accuracy rate of our prenatal paternity test is higher than 99.99%. The non-invasive test is 100% safe for the mother and baby.
